Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

There is no need to dilate the ear canal, as long as her hearing is normal. I would just recommend periodically follow up with ENT specialist for a physical exam and hearing test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
