What Precaution Should I Take To Reduce The SGOT And SGPT Levels?
Hi. My name is henry. My concern is, sgpt @131 (0-44u/l), sgot 50.4 (0-34u/l). Triglyceride 2.6 (0-2.3mmol/l) last cbc was 3months ago it was 5.2. Trigly fell because i take fish oil 3x a day. Sgpt sgot no movement but i take milk thistle @100mg 3x a day. Im very concerned.

You should reduce alcohol intake and medication that damage liver so you should see if this helps. If,not then you need to check viral markers and other less common causes of liver fibrosis.
