What Must I Do About Brown-Séquard Syndrome Due To Radiation On The S2-L4 Spine Apart From Walking Imbalance And Weakness In The Left Leg And Arm?

Brown-Séquard syndrome caused by radiation on the S2-L4 spine I have a 4-5 inch burn .25 inch deep left side of the lower spine Problems walking balance weakness both left leg and left arm tried all the time don t want to walk. Feel fine setting or in bed but I stand I hurt? Any doctors I can see

Hello,

You should see a neurologist, it's possible that a medication like gabapentin might help with some of the pain. If you are not already in physical therapy, that would be beneficial too.
