I ama 23 year old girl. I have been tested positive for thyroid. My doctor has prescribed very high dose ofthe medicines and one of them has some impact on the neural system as well. I have started feeling dizzy even in daytime and am not able to focus. Can you tell mewhat should i do
Thank you for asking Healthcare majic. My name is Dr Ehsan Ullah & I have gone through your query.
first of all , you haven't mentioned whether you have hypothyroidism (where you body produces less thyroid hormones than required ) or hyperthyroidism (Vice versa)
if you are feeling difficulty in concentration, dizziness and some other symptoms like speech difficulty or facial or body swelling then it means that in spite of treatment , you body's thyroid levels are not coming to normal position ...
you need evaluation by the physician which will advise you thyroid tests and some labs to check out the reasons for these symptoms after detailed evaluation
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
