i am 4 days over now cant walk that well as baby is pushing down have pains for 3 days now and nothing happening want should i do is there anything i can do

How many months pregnant are you. If there is lower abdominal pain moving down to the thighs and leakage of fluid from the vagina I suggest you visit the Gynaecologist.
