What Lowers Blood Count At The End Stage Copd In A Diabetic And Is It Serious?

hi my husband has end stage copd and is on home oxygen he was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks ago and the doctor also said his blood count was low so they are going to do more blood work and check his b 12 he has been very weak and tired do you know what causes this and is it serious I would like to hear your answer but im sorry I can't pay
