I have a problem with delayed ejactulation/orgasm and in the early stages of seeing a Urologist but is there anything over the counter for it? I m taking vitamins: E & D, selenium, and a Ginseng complex for now, what else may work? I m 45, non smoker/ non drinker but diabetic, and have high blood pressure...

from your history it seems you have erectile dysfunction,this is mostly secondary to your diabetes.you must control your blood sugar properly and keep HBA1C less than 7% .you mentioned that you are hypertensive too ,so if you are taking any betablocker as an antihypertensive you must discontinue it.
if you have difficulty in erection you may take Tab.sildenafil half an hour prior to intercourse.but u should not be on nitrate group of drugs.
