Hello Doctor,
I am 34 yr male, 76kg and i am not under any medication so far. My problem is I am not able to ejaculate when i do sex., But when i masturbate, i was able to do it. I feel i am suffering from Delayed Ejaculation. I could not reach the climax when i do it. I finish off only by masturabating. Now I am trying for a child. My question are below:
1. Is there any medication to cure the Delayed Ejaculation ?
2. If i drop my semen (immeidately after masturbation) into my wife., will it help concieving ??

hello
delayed ejaculation can be cured by first finding whether you ae having diabetes, checking free testosterone and then may be getting more aroused before you insert by different means. Ask your wife to masturbate you before you insert or you can try it during the thrusting movements.
