What Is Ventricles And CSF Spaces Are Symmetrical And Polypoid Mucosal Thickening Maxillary Antrum?

My son with 22Q had a MRI today, can you tell me what this is? The ventricles and other CSF spaces are symmetrical and prominent given the patients age. and There is polypoid mucosal thickening of the left maxillary

good evening sir. well I don't know the reason you got MRI done. but ventricles and CSf are just part of the brain. if they appear normal for age, it shouldn't be a cause for concern as they do get affected during an infection or some other reasons. polyploid all thickening in maxillary sinus is a growth which is usually benign. u can consult an net surgeon for thE same. but if can assure you, with the report told ther s not much to worry about. do let me know for more queries
