Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret The MRI Report?

co incidentally to a mri scan, the following was reported, polypoid mucosal thickening in the right axillary antrum ,also in the roof of the left maxillary antrum ,which is likely to be inflammatory mucosal thickening.
could this be a cause for headaches -feeling not quite with it .Patient had a stroke which was successfully thrombolyised 4 months ago

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the MRI report is as follows:
The MRI shows details of the maxillary sinus. Maxillary sinus iare the sinuses present beneath the cheeks.
The lining of the bilateral maxillary sinuses is thickened and on one side (right side) there is a polypoidal growth arising from the mucosa.
The thickening of the sinus mucosa appears to be due to inflammation.
The symptoms of headache correlate with the inflammation of the mucosal lining.

You need to consult your ENT specialist for treatment of chronic sinusitis.
