What Is The Yellow Dirt That Appears On My Nipple Even After Cleaning It?

HI, recently when i am bathing and after bathing, i notice yellow dirt/stuff clogged inbetween the pores of my nipple(the tip of the nipple) when i tried to use a towel or my fingers to scrap it off, it does come off but appears a little red after that, it keeps coming back even after removing it. There's no pus or any fluid discharge but these yellow dirt/stuff/bits on my nipple is really bothering me. Could it be breast cancer?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM'
I really appreciate your concern stop thinking weird this is not the breast cancer, but this could be skin condition keratitis is the likely condition and that need to be treated accordingly, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the following medicine
1) Urea
2) Lactic acid
3) Liquid paraffin
hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
