What Is The Treatment Of Headache ?

I was hit full force on the back of the head by a falling ladder 34 hours ago. I ve had headache since and tinnitus and nausea and not being able to sleep but the pain in my head has changed and is a more sharp pain above my right eye. I ve had small visual disturbances and I m not tolerating light very well. I have seen a nurse 20 mins after injury and a doctor within 14 hours. Both say concussion. The head pain has changed since seeing health professionals. Can t sleep at all extremely fatigued.
