Hi,

Severe episodic headaches may not only happen because of spike in blood pressure but also due to stress, poor sleep and migraine. Please avoid stress, take proper sleep, avoid oily, spicy food, and keep a check on BP. MRI Brain and EEG may be required to find out the cause for unconsciousness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
