your question seems incomplete. anti transglutaminase antibody is a protein in the body detected in certain diseases such as celiac disease. so what we need to treat is the disease.
treatment of celiac disease needs proper understanding about the diet changes and its effect. you would need to see a gastroenterologist for the same.
