What Is The Treatment For Urinary Incontinence?

Can anyone help? 25 year old female. About 2 years ago noticed increased feeling of having to urinate. Then developed pain near vaginal opening. Pain is of aching/burning quality. No blood in urine.. urine tests was normal. Pain has improved, but frequency comes and goes, usually associated with pain or burning at vaginal opening.

I am also suffering from severe cervical pain. is it interconnected??

What the heck is this???? Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, this indicates possible underlying calculus in the urinary system. Kindly get a prescription of an ultrasound with your doctor for further definite management plans.

Would like to assist further with the report.
