I also have brain fog , no sex drive at all , and sometimes I m angry or sad , just full of mood swings... I was wondering if I should try this actalin stuff... Im tired of not being able to keep my weight under control and I m tired of being tired ... I want energy back and a sex drive to or my husband is going to leave me someday ... Help!!!
You may have severe underactive thyroid at this point. Your thyroid tests should be checked at least every year to be sure whatever medicine you are taking is replacing the thyroid hormone adequately. You might be on too low a dose of thyroid medicine or not taking it properly. I would not just start to take Actalin without getting blood tests. It may not be appropriate for you. Right now I suggest you obtain a full thyroid blood panel, especially TSH. See your doctor, explain your symptoms, and ask for help. S/he may also need to check to be sure it's not due to some other conditions. Hope this helps.
