What Is The Treatment For Tingling, Itching And Discharge In Penis After Oral Sex?

My friend and I used Chocolate syrup during oral and then had intercouse ... He said right after he experienced tingling at tip , pain while peeing and some itching and discharge. Four days later still small amount of discharge no pain or itching... Symptoms are getting better...I have no symptoms. Can u help?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your boyfriend has developed infection of the glans due to oral and unprotected vaginal sex.

As oral mucosa contains plenty of bacteria flora hence it is very common to get genital infection after oral sex.

He needs to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure that he washes his genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
