What Is The Treatment For The Stomach Infection, Cramps And Irritation In Stools?

I had suffered stomach tb for three times at regular intervals but tub cul cured me when allopathy failed. Now I had to take tub cul small dose after every 20/30 days but the cramps,uneasiness,irritant stool passing,freqauest stool passing is there. can you suggest some medicine.The position eases a little wh m I take allopathic medician ofloox/oz. which indicates there is svere stomach infection, but I want to leave this medicine as it has side effects
Age 61 yrs,weight53 height 6ft.Pl. note that I had suffered tb7/8 times in the last three yhears regularly at every part of the body.

Noted history and understood the concerns.
Having recurrent TB in the body at different parts or areas is not a commonly known problem. Intestinal tuberculosis after getting cured can show the sequel like intestinal obstruction may be partial causing the intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
Hence I will advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the stool for tests for three consecutive days.
Get other tests of blood and urine.
Rule out Thyroid and other medical conditions like diabetes and autoimmune diseases as per the history you have provided.
Contrast enhanced CT scan and/or Barium studies for small intestine will help to see for any blind loops causing blind-loop syndrome, intestinal obstruction and will guide for further management either medical or surgical correction if required.
