What Is The Treatment For The Damage Of Second Metatarsal Bone?
I am 47yrs old, 5ft 6in, average build, did dance three times a week and walk 6km 3-4 times a week. damaged my second metatarsal 10 mths ago.Had physio for 3 mths no improvement. Lately have seen a podiatrist stayed of foot for 3weeks while i had alittle strapping resumed walking foot no better. Feels like real bad stone bruise and bone protruding bottom of ball.Don t know what do do next was offered electrical treatment by podiatrist but exceptionally expensive and it may not work?

Surgery may be needed. I recommend consulting with an orthopedist and discussing about surgery. In the meantime, I would recommend trying Lyrica to help with the pain.
