What Is The Treatment For Testicular Microlithiasis And Varicocele?

Age 27
Height 5 11
Weight 13 stone
No significant medical history
Non smooker, non drinker
Regular exercise

After a ultra sound scan my docter has just told me i have a Varicocele on my left Testicle and bilateral testicular microlithiasis. I have been researching online and am now really worried. Firstly becuase my wife and i have been trying for a babay for nearly a year now with no success(both aged 27) and secondly the increased probability of Testicular cancer. My GP has ref me to a urologist, but think the wait will be difficult as i am already pretty concerned. Should i be this worried?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Testicular Microlithiasis with Varicocele.
Possibility of Microlithiasis in your case seems mostly due to the High thermal conditions causing testicular dysgenesis with debris of sertoli cells in the testicular tubules.
Chances of Recovery after Varicocele corrective surgery seem to be high.
Besides this by your younger age,You should not fear about the possibility of cancer, unless proved otherwise, meaning there by that you should undergo all the investigations to rule out the risks which are there with Microlithiasis of bilateral testes.
Possibility of subclinical / unidentified- infections causing microlithiasis with urethritis.
Lcr (Ligase Chain Reaction)test for Chlamydia / Gonorrhea,
with IGRA blood test for hidden subclinical genito-urinary TB and PCR test of the Testes need to be kept in mind if need be to rule out the causes of the microlithiasis.
With latest advances in surgery of the infertile couples, you need not worry and be patient and cool,as there are treatments for all the challenging obstacles in male infertility, provided your better half is normal with her genital system.
Chances of Cancer are very less in your case-because of your young age.
So unless investigated and confirmed, You should just relax and undergo all the needful tests as per the advise of Urologist and UroSurgeon.
Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
