Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Testicular Microlithiasis with Varicocele. Possibility of Microlithiasis in your case seems mostly due to the High thermal conditions causing testicular dysgenesis with debris of sertoli cells in the testicular tubules. Chances of Recovery after Varicocele corrective surgery seem to be high. Besides this by your younger age,You should not fear about the possibility of cancer, unless proved otherwise,meaning there by that you should undergo all the investigations to rule out the risks which are there with Microlithiasis of bilateral testes.
