1-Time, 2- Acknowledge and face your feelings; cry and let it out as much as you can! And it is ok, to want to be alone for a while, 3- Go out and do something for yourself. Something that you enjoy as long as it is clean, safe and fun. I hope you feel better soon. HUG!!
