What Is The Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ankle?

Hello: In a mvaccident 35 years ago, my right peroneal nerve was largely severed. Resulting in a foot drop. Now, 35 years later I am for the first time experiencing extreme pain above my right outer ankle, mild during the day worse at night. At the same time I am experiencing an inflammation of the tendon behind the psoas muscle across the groin, this is also causing a lot of radiating pain. Thank you
