Hi,
Taking excess thyroxine than what is needed is a very frequent cause of tachycardia & palpitations.
You need to again check your thyroid level & discuss with your endocrinologist to change the dose of thyroxine, if required.
Also get your ECG taken at the time of palpitations for its diagnosis.
