sir i am 28 year old. sir i have bad habbits that is ruggring of my penis from 3 weeks poorely and now i feel some pain in my panis. when i saw it a local doctor then he said your penis is too small as child. and also said you have problem of shigrapatan or premature ejaculation and your white liquid is thin . sir tell me what i am doing. is it really serious. sir i want to leave this bad activities. give me your suggestion if poosible - ranjansinha.ashish 314@gmail.com

Consistency of semen is depends upon your frequency of masturbation,general health condition and any underlying disease.
Most of the times there is no any specific reasons for premature ejaculation.
Otherwise it might be due to psychological disturbances,stress,anxiety,lack of self confidence.
Eat good nutritious,high protein diet.
Go for exercise regularly.
Take B12,folic acid,minerals and other supplements to boost up your general health.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
