What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Spinal Region?

HELLO,
I'm 39 years old. I had for years a mild pain between my spine bone and the right shoulder plate. 5 years ago I also felt for the first time pain in my right testicle. So I check with a urologist and he said I have a minor form of varicoceles. I've learn how to live with this pain. Anyway 2 years ago I felt a stronger pain in the right side of my chest so I went to the emergency and they decided to treat me for tuberculosis since they saw something in my right lung. After 6 month I completed the full TBC treatment and there were no changes in my CAT scan or the pain I fell. In fact the pain has now descended down right side of abdomen and connects to a spot on the right side of my ombilicus and then shoot down to my right testicle.
My whole right side of the abdomen fell heavy and I have a pain that seems to follow a line from the right lung/chest down to my right testicle on the right side on my spine bone.
Can this be connected to Vena Cava?
Thank you
