Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to coccyodynia. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam, some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation) and a dynamic X ray study to investigate for this possible disorder. If this diagnosis is confirmed, surgery would be a possible treatment option.
Considering the chronic back pain, a lumbar spine MRI study would help exclude possible bulging disc in this region.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Best regards!
