What Is The Treatment For Pain During Intercourse?

I am 55 and my wife is of 57 now. She is not much interested in sex and she feels painful when I try to penetrate hence we are unable to have normal sex. The vaginal walls are quite rough and due to pain she refuses to co-operate. What is the remedial steps to overcome this problem or should we drop to have se at this age.

At this age, women have almost stopped producing their womanhood hormone Oestrogen. This hormone is essential for the vaginal cells, laxity and the secretions. These secretions are absolutely essential for proper lubrication required during intercourse.
Since the natural lubrication is missing, you have to use artificial one. You can use vaginal lubricants. Please do not use oily lubricants since they are harmful to the women's genital organs. Use water-base lubricants which are available with the chemists. Vaginal jellies are also very good lubricants.
And my dear friend, even with the lubricants, please respect the age of the woman's genital organs and be absolutely gentle with them. Spend as much time in body play as she demands and insert only on her demand. She has cooperated with you all throughout the marital life, now its your turn to adjust with her. I am sure, proper use of lubricants will fetch your marital and sexual pleasure back.
