What Is The Treatment For Night Sweats And STD?

Hello, To start off. I am 29 years old. In abut 4 months I lost almost 25 to 30 lbs. I went from 145 to 120 lbs. I believe school, stress or fasting a lot may have triggered this. Sometime around December early January my lungs felt like they were closing up for about 2-3 days and I struggled getting air. Next, I met someone, and I kissed him in late January. My lips are usually very dry and they were cracked and bleeding. I have tried different chapsticks. I think I bit my lip hard one night, too. I stopped seeing him because I was scared. I noticed a lump that was very painful began to grow on the left side on the edge of my bottom lip towards the inside of my mouth. My glands were swollen, and then within 2-3 days my gums swelled up. It first started out in the front two teeth, and then the rest of my gums swelled up. Next, my mouth kept hurting from these sores that looked greenish most times and would bleed constantly. My body began to ache everywhere and I had horrific night sweats. I soaked through at least 3 different night gowns three days in a row. I went to ER finally, they gave me amoxicillan and I began to heal in a week. Yet I was feeling nautious for about three days and I kept vomiting up mucus from my lungs that was whitish with slight yellow. After a couple of weeks, my gums began to swell again, and the areas where my lips were cracked and bleeding began to have sores again and then two small blisters developed a few days ago in the area that keeps cracking open and bleeding, but they are now healing. I began to take vitamins for the first time and I am feeling better. I have always had cold sores, but rarely and they were small on the outside edge of my mouth. This was different, and I believe he passed an STD onto me. He did not have any sores on his mouth. I have never had sexual intercourse nor oral sex. Doctors tell me its nothing, but I feel that it is some kind of infection or disease. I have already been to the dentist and my teeth are healthy. My glands are mostly swollen under my jaw area, and when I push into them sometimes it feels like little hard knots. Thanks.

Hi, according to history given,You might have infectious mononucleosis or herpes simplex infection. Two common possibility is here. For rulling out infectious mononucleosis your CBC(Complete blood count)with peripheral smear examination is to be done.Mostly it could be viral infection. If herpes simplex proved by test then acyclovir has to be taken.
