What Is The Treatment For Loose Motions?

Hi Doctor ,

My baby is 4 month old ,she is suffering from loose motion for last 2 weeks.

Doctor had given her Zenflox plus ,Econorm ,Racecadotril Syrup ,Entrogermina

with zinc drop (darolac-z) but she has no benifit .

We are so much worry ,please give advise ...

Stop the antibiotics and maintain with economy, racecodotril and zinc syrup alone. Baby need to be adequately hydrated orally until puking is not a problem. Mean while , give stool samples for examination of cyst and culture.
Many a times , rehydration itself enough to treat such refractory loose motion.

Has n't been baby turned off the breast feed , it's better to continue .
