Hello dear
I understand your concern
If pain is related to menstrual period called cyclical breast pain and due to hormonal imbalance.
Other cause could be due to muscle pain of the chest wall, mastitis, some unknown reason and costochondritis.
USG scan and blood test like WBC will help to find any infection.
Take following advises:
Tablet ibuprofen three times a day after food for 4-5 days
Tablet rantac
Wear full padded supportive bra.
Gentle massage with evening primrose oil
Apply warm pad application.
Antibiotic course for the infection.
Hope this may help you
