Hi
For the kidney stones, you will need CT scan of kidneys and bladder. Only then the size of stones and position can be determined accurately to plan the correct treatment. For the gall bladder, please contact a general surgeon. It is likely that if there are no stones in gall bladder then no treatment will be advised.
