What Is The Treatment For High Sugar And High BP?

Respected Sir,

my brother is a diabetee his sugar levels are around 220 to 300

and is suffering with high B.P. recently he is put on dialysis, but still he is unable to walk properly, he is advised to take ventor injections weekly once since his heamoglobin is not improving, he is only 44 year old.

if he has to lead a normal life , that is fit to walk and work, is there any other way to help him to lead a normal life.

Hello,
Putting on dialysis means that he suffering from renal failure.
At this stage,the only proper treatment is kidney transplant along with proper anti hypertensive and anti diabetic treatment.
Without transplant ,patient would gradually slip into end stage renal failure.
