Dear Dr, As my father in law is suffering from gb syndrome we need a emergency medical care since after 8 days there is no significant progress in his health conditions plasma dialysis is not fetching any results... kindly suggest us how to go about

Plasma exchange is one of the two best treatment options for GB syndrome. The other being IV Immunoglobulins. It starts to produce effect after 5-7 days of initiation. GB syndrome typically takes few weeks to few months to recover. Please continue the hospital care.
