What Is The Treatment For High Blood Pressure?

It is 2:45 AM here I just checked my blood pressure and it was 140 / 90 and my pulse rate is 104. I just feel weird. I took three 81 mg baby asprin. My triglycerides is 1328. I have a headache and feel like my heart is up by my right shoulder.
This was a resting pulse rate.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello, thanks for posting a question on our site.
A normal blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg.It is better to measure blood pressure in the morning after waking up. Your blood pressure is slightly high at 140/90 mmHg and your triglycerides level is very high at 1328. High triglycerides level increases your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. I will advise you see a cardiologist to know the best way to manage you. Warm regards
