What Is The Treatment For Hernia?

Hi, Im 15 years old and i have for a while now what seems to be a third testicle i have done research and im starting to this i have hernia it seems that a lump in the sac comes down on the left side i was a little worried about it when i saw about surgery and everything but it has never given me any pain what so ever and it goes away every know and again i noticed it about last year or the year before once again i have had no pain and it goes is this ok im just a little worried for later in life or anything?

Good research ! If the swelling is coming and going this can be hernia only; yet is it better to be seen by a Surgeon to determine the nature/ type and to rule out any other associated problem.

Yes, you need a Surgery. This is going to be the smallest of the surgeries. Just a herniotomy- At your age we just separate your sac and tie it at the neck . Nothing else is done.

So go ahead, this is just a day-care case . All the best .
