What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I have been getting headaches lately which I never used to get and I have been exhausted to the point of falling asleep where I am standing/sitting. I get breathless especially at night when laying down. I also notice that my lips are very purple in colour. I am hypothyroid and have occasional atrial fibrillation.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are having hypothyroidism and atrial fibrillation, we should rule out cardiac arrhythmia (rhythm disturbances in heart) in your case.
Headache, excessive sleepiness, purple discoloration of lips etc are seen with arrhythmia.
So first consult cardiologist and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of ecg).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Take paracetamol for headache.
Don't worry, you will be alright, but first rule out arrhythmia.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
