What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I have a headache only on the left side, but most of the pain is on my left eyebrow, the part closest to my nose. It feels like a bruise and the pain won't stop. It's been a couple of hours and Advil and water did not help. What is causing this and how can I make the pain subside.

Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.

Do you have running nose?

I recommend consulting with your doctor and performing a complete blood count, a sinus X ray study to examine for possible sinus infection.
A sinus discharge bacterial culture may be needed to establish the cause and the proper therapy.
You should discuss with your doctor on this issue.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
