Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are recently married and facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to find out the cause of your ED.
1) Blood Sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
2) Serum Testosterone levels
3) Thyroid function tests.
4) Serum Prolactin and LH

Further treatment will depend upon findings of these tests If every thing turns out to be normal you can have trial of drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra) on demand .This will help you to achieve good hard erection to have enjoyable sex.
Dr.Patil.

Please .
