What Is The Treatment For Ear Pain Due To Frequent Use Of Headphones ?

I frequently useheadset for listening songs;For more than a week iam having pain in my ears;could you please help me out with an ear exercise or treatment to overcome this problem?

Dear,As you said you use frequently headset it may cause the earache,first you discontinue it but sometimes otomycosis or fugal infection with secondary infection may cause the same. I would suggest you that you may use a broadspectrum ear drop ex Candid -o ear drop 2 drops 3 times daily for 3 to 4 days and see if no relief please consult a ENT specilalist for otoscopic examiantion.
