Hello,

Deviated nasal septum (DNS) leads to one side blockage and other side turbinates hypertrophy lead to sinuses blockage.

If it is mild DNS, no surgery required. If it is grossly deviated with unilateral nasal blokage need surgery. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling.

It symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
