What Is The Treatment For Depression?

Hello, my grandmother had paranoid spchyzofranea and used to have the shock treatments. She commited suicide when my mother was a teenager. I have Sever Depression Disorder and take medications and my unclie has been diagnosed with Bipolar. My youngest daughter also was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
