Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bumps in throat which is due to upper respiratory tract infection. It could be viral infection as well as bacterial infection. Strep throat is one of the probable cause of your symptoms. I would suggest you to take a combination of anti-inflammatory and antihistamines. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Start antibiotic and antiviral drugs as per diagnosis. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day. avoid hot, sharp, spicy foods. Avoid cold carbonated drinks.Need not to worry. You should maintain oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid taking oily, sharp and spicy food.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
