What Is The Treatment For Back Pain After Back Surgery With Pins And Rods?

I have severe back pain and have had three back surgeries the last requiring pins and rods the oxycodone I can t take because it made me incoherent I take hydrocodone and really get no relief is there something else I can talk to my dr about to ease the pain plus I get no sleep at night with Xanax
