What Is The Treatment For Appendix And Pneumonia?

Just got home from Hospital. Went in to have appendix out, but they found pnemounia also. Anyway. Should I rest or should I just right back in and start working. I care for my mother who has dementia. I do everything from cleaning her house twice a week and yard work, to feeding her, and her bills and pretty much living two lives. Not sure if I should still be resting our not.. Thank you for your imput. Kelly

I think you should rest with proper medicines and proper medicines. Pneumonia with appendix is most of the time complicated. Chances of anaerobic infection is high. So make sure your antibiotic list is having either metronidazole or clindamycin.
