It is unlikely that these symptoms are due to Valium. Valium can have some side effects such as causing drowsiness or excessive sleep, but the symptoms which you have reported are not commonly reported. Moreover, you are on a vey minimal dose of Valium also. Such symptoms can be a part of the underlying anxiety or depression or can also be due to certain medical conditions like anemia, hypoglycemia, hypertension, thyropid problems, etc. So, I would advise you to report these symptoms to your doctor so that you can have an an proper evaluation and further appropriate treatment.
