What Is The Treatment For Acid Reflux And Thyroid Problems?

For the past few weeks I have had indigestion with a little acid reflux and pain in my lower left back. I also have Hoshimoto's thyroid disease but my thyroid hormone levels are all normal so I do not take any meds for it. I do have pain in my thyroid gland from time to time.Right now the thyroid feels very swollen, but no goiter.
