What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

i was detected that i was pregnant but suddenly today my abdomen sarted paining and there was bleeding also.so doctor suggested for xxultrasound &and he found nothing in my bachadani so he told baby is spoilt andhe suggested for wash but i ignopred then he prescribed me 1.vanflox*-oz 2.nimudonspas.last when i had my period 28-1-11.in precard i tested 3 times but always a thickline &1 thin line appeared wanted to know why this medicine is prescribed? still i am pregnant or not hw can i know this.

Hi i am sorry about your pain and bleeding. From what you say u were pregnant had bleeding and pain scan negative upt positive.thete are few possibilities.it could be a missed abortion .u r testing positive because urine bhcg stays longer.aanother possibilty it is implantation bleeding with an element of threatening to abort.last situation is you are having an ectopic pregnancy that has to be diagnosed immediately. So best option would be to get abhcg blood test done if negative we can consider you have lost the pregnancy in which case we wait for cycle and assess why it happened take prevention. If positive repeat the test in 72 hrs. If doubling is there it is early pregnancy give rest and hormonal supportfor continuing pregnancy. If increase in less than 65 percent suggetive of ectopic depending on the level ànd pain and vital signs either medical or laprosopic management of ectopic pregnancy will be offered by me. Hope it clears your doubt.
