Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to vitamin c deficiency called angular cheilitis or may be HSV. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use Acyclovir ointment locally for five days. Use tablet vitamin C for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
