What Causes Red Rash On The Thigh?

I have a mark in my mid thigh that s red with a yellowish center...what can it be and what s appropriate treatment. It was small like a bite in the beginning but it s been there about a week now and the shape has changed...the inside is soft and it itches on and off

Welcome to the HCM.
From the history what you are telling ,it seems it might be fungal rash ,which can be treated by fluconazol ointment.Since this rash has to be seen in person first to diagnose.So I would suggest get checked by a dermatologist or nearby physician first and treat accordingly.Else you may upload the picture on this site and discuss further.
