What Is The Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Calf?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am a massage therapist with a client that complains of a lump below his calf-it doesn t hurt with running or jumping activities but is tender to the touch. I don t know if massage would even be tolerated and I am hesitant anyway. He doesn t recall a specific incident but it has been present for 10 days. Thoughts? Thank you for your time!

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He may have some injury and it leads to hematoma formation. He should take analgesic plus anti inflammatory drugs. It will clear within few days. If pain remain persistent then
x ray of that lical part is needed. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
